A customizable tote bag asset for interactive e-commerce: several constructions, interchangeable parts and flexible branding in one developer-friendly file.

The Tote Works

Challenge

Offer bag variations, editable colors and logo placement without turning the asset into a pile of disconnected files that a developer has to reconcile.

My contribution

Modeled the bag family with side-gusset, base-gusset and flat constructions, standard and webbed handles, and zipper, inner-pocket and label options. Authored PBR materials with separate color zones for shell, lining and stitching, plus a dedicated zone for dynamic logo placement.

Technical solution

One GLB with a clean, named hierarchy: every option is a toggleable node, materials are shared where they should be and split where a configurator needs control. Optimized geometry and lightweight textures keep it responsive in Three.js, with developer notes explaining the variant logic.

Outcome

A developer-ready asset delivered in five business days that a configurator can drive directly. Integration performance depends on the viewer and implementation; no sales figures are claimed.
