Coin-cell battery packaging as a lightweight 3D model for a product-page viewer, where every line of print has to stay legible while the model flips.

Sealed Energy packaging

Challenge

Keep the whole GLB under 0.5 MB and still make the packaging text readable from every angle the viewer allows.

My contribution

Modeled the blister pack and the cells, built the print as crisp, correctly scaled textures, and tuned geometry and texture resolution against the file-size limit.

Technical solution

Texture budget spent where the eye goes: high detail on the printed faces, aggressive compression elsewhere; clean UVs; a single material set; and a small, well-named hierarchy the viewer could flip and animate.

Outcome

Delivered within one business day and under the 0.5 MB target, as reported for this project. The flip and the subtle shake physics belong to the client's web viewer, not to the file.
